The program is structured to give individuals a customized plan that specially aligns with their daily technical skills, as well as a plan for teams to earn points and money for successfully passing Microsoft certification exams. Since the program launched only a few weeks ago, six successful exam certifications have been completed and seven are scheduled for this month. Certifications help engineers grow professionally and as well as help Managed Solution grow as a company.
